Refunds

You have 14 calendar days to ask for a refund for a course from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a refund, you must have viewed or downloaded less than 30% of the video course files of the course. If you exceed the 30%, your refund will not be valid.

After you claim a refund, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your timeline of the course video files.
